We have 5 key in-house members, that oversee all the important operations. Other than that, we have thousands freelance emloyees all over the world.

We process all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. 

It will take approximately 10 business days for all orders to arrive, but shipping times vary from country to country and are based on demand, shipping location and stock status of the products, so it may take up to 20 business days.

It will take usually between 2-4 business days.

You can place an order from any country, we ship worldwide.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Refunds & Warranty

Yes, all of our products come with a 2 year warranty. If something goes wrong with your product in this period, simply send it back, and we will sort it out. 

You have 30 days to decide. If you don't like it, simply send it back within this period, and we will issue a full refund. No hard feelings. (Terms and conditions apply)

Yes, our products receive double quality control. One during the manufacturing process, and second one at our warehouses.
